These terms govern your use of the VSNERA Client Portal. By registering, you agree to these terms in full.
The Portal is available to business entities only. By registering, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you have the legal authority to bind the company you represent, and (c) all information you provide is accurate and complete.
VSNERA reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Self-registration does not automatically grant access to the Portal — all accounts are subject to admin approval (see Section 3).

The actual scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment milestones, intellectual property assignment, and any other commercial terms are governed exclusively by the separate Project Agreement signed between VSNERA and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement prevails.
All information accessible through the Portal — including project details, pricing, deliverables, and communications — is confidential. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without VSNERA's prior written consent. This obligation survives account closure.
Your data: VSNERA processes your personal and business data as described in the Privacy Policy. We share data only with third-party processors contractually bound to protect it.
Intellectual property: Ownership of deliverables, source code, and other work product created under a Project is governed by the relevant Project Agreement. These Terms do not convey any IP rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with a sole arbitrator agreed by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad.
VSNERA may amend these Terms at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Portal after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Portal before the effective date.
