How Vsnera Technologies collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.
Vsnera Technologies is a software services company registered in India, headquartered in Hyderabad. We build and deliver custom digital solutions for businesses across various industries.
We collect the following personal and business data when you register and use our Client Portal:

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or financial account details) through the Portal. Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partner.
For users in India: By registering on this Portal, you provide explicit consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 for us to process your personal data as described in this Policy.
For users in the European Union: We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) for account management and service delivery, and under Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) for financial record-keeping and tax compliance.
Your data is stored on servers located in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region (ap-south-1), within India. File attachments and documents are stored in AWS S3 in the same region. We do not routinely transfer your data outside India. Where any cross-border transfer is required (e.g., for email delivery infrastructure), it is subject to appropriate safeguards.

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address data-related concerns:
We are committed to responding to all grievances within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDP Act 2023.
This Policy is effective from June 2025 (Version 1.0). We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making any material changes to this Policy. Your continued use of the Portal after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
